Retention Plan , SAF not wavied?
Recently i talked to a retention CS rep, they offered me the usual unlimited 6pm weekday and weekend plan + and to remove the SAF fee, Today i checked the "Plan Change Pending" section of my account and this is what it shows:
Doesn't seem like they have wavied the monthly SAF fee?

About the only thing they can do to waive the fee is give you a credit on your plan for the same amount every month. They did this for me, but not in relation for the SAF so I know it's possible.

Well I was thinking they would give me monthly credit to cover the SAF but the change plan pending information didn't mention anything about monthly credit..
The only thing i see that is credit related is "Goodwill 25 Minute Credit", anyone have a idea what that is?

Retentions can, or either has been able to (at one point in time) waive the S.A.F. I have seen it twice on retention plans listed as System Access Fee Credit. Mind you, these plans were retention plans and have been around for a long time. I was shocked to see it when i did, but there are people who are getting it waived.
