I need to get this out somewhere, seriously.
So back when I was young my relatives got me on a Blackberry plan, it was all good until I had the Bold 9900. Lots of issues with it, most importantly signal issues. Bar would always drop to almost zero than back to full bars all the time. I tried to fix it every way imagineable. I then came to the conclusion its the sim card, so I tried it in the old BB Pearl flip, same issue but alot better. I then swapped the bold 9900 for another one through the rogers rep. STILL SAME ISSUE. Then when I became an adult, I took over the contract and made a new one with a new sim card and got the Galaxy S3.
Awesome phone but still signal problem! And a flickering screen sometimes when I type, I changed every setting to make it work and even factory reset it. Same problem, I call the rogers reps and NONE ever want to do their job, just keep sending me back and forth to eachother. One rep even told me to go to the store when the store said I had to call them! Whenever I speak to a Rogers rep on the phone it's always choppy but never any other number I call. The Visual Voice mail is also too. But it's in the value pack with the caller ID.
Then I finally swapped the SG3 for a new one and guess what.... STILL THE SAME PROBLEMS. I just signed a new 3 year contract too and I feel doomed.
