Default PlayBook tethering prices

Hey everyone.

I'm really confused when it comes to Rogers, the PlayBook and data sharing. Rogers just announced a new data sharing plan (http://www.rogers.com/web/content/dataSharing)

I know that the first edition of the PB will be WiFi only, but will be able to connect via Bluetooth to any BB with OS v5 or higher.

With Rogers, will I need get a new data sharing plan?
Can't I just tether it to my phone as usual? Does Rogers charge for tethering? And if they don't charge for tethering now, does this "data sharing plan" mean that they will in the future?

From my understanding that plan is to share your data with other 3G devices (have their own Sim card). It only applies to the iPad 3G, Galaxy Tab, the PlayBook 3G, etc.
Thr first generation PB shouldn't need this, as it connects via your phone.

So then if I buy the 1st generation PB, I won't have to worry about any extra data charges?

Also, when they release the 3G version, if someone already has a BB and tethers the PB to their phone, will they still need a separate data plan? If so, then that's ridiculous...
