Default "My Account" App - Torch

Does this app correctly show usages for you guys?
Mine shows my minutes, data, and messaging all at 0, but is able to show how much I owe them lol.

I take it you are referring to the "MyWireless" App by AT&T? I ran this today and everything comes in fine. You may want to delete the app in your application management, then re-download the version specific to the torch if you had possibly copied it from an older model.

Or just use the command *MIN#, *DATA#, and it will send an instant free text message to your phone. I think their app is worthless, unless you need to pay your bill on the go, which i've been able to do before.

He is referring to the My Account app from Rogers as he is a Rogers customer. I just checked mine and its working fine. It could be as quoted above that you copied the non torch version over from your previous device.

When you open the app open up the menu and it says check for updates, click it and see if you have the current version or not, I had to do this when I switched to the torch. If that doesn't work then delete the app and reboot the phone, when it pushes the service books you'll get an icon for My Account that will link you to the download. Reinstall it and it should work.

When I try to d/l on my BB Pearl 3G I get download failed "907 invalid COD"
