    Default Good Deal?

So my contract is up and I want a new BB. I called Rogers yesterday and was told $350 for a New 8900. I said thanks and stated I was going to check the compatition, was told to hold on while they check with retentions. So the rep comes back on the line with a retentions rep conferenced in, they offer a 8900 for $124 + 35 admin charge.

Is this a good deal? or should I go after more, like a better plan?

So basically a new 8900 Curve for $159?

That sounds pretty good for a retention deal on the hardware. What plan do you currently have?

    yeah thats a great deal!
I called Customer Relations explaining I lost my Pearl and to get another one through Rogers it would be a. Refurbished (since I wasn't eligible for an upgrade) and b. $400 so I said it'd be financially easier for me to cancel and pay the ECF whenever. Then sign up with someone else to get newer, better, cheaper blackberry on a 3 year term. 5 mins on hold and they offered me a 8900 for 224 which is new customer pricing

Current plan is a corprate voice plan:
    $18 plus service fees
    250 mins
    Unlimited E&W
    Voicemail
    Call display

    $25 for 500 Mg data

I think I would like to try ang get the 6G data for the $25. I am ok with my voice plan.

everything looks good, an 8900 for that price with a lower plan is very good.

Not sure what you mean. This is the plan that Rogers has set up for my employer. They are one of the largest employers in our area.
