first good experience with a rogers rep
sooooooo i called in because my campus is having reception issues so i was initially with the tech support to tell them to put a note on my account before i got transfered to customer care (my bill was $10 dollars more than it should have been). so after this he transfered me to billing to some ****** bag who had NO IDEA what he was doing he startred with verifying my information and then said "do you give the other person authroization to speak with me?" and i said what other person? and then i told him about my bill problem and hes like... but you only bought the 9900 from us, you dont have a plan with us anymore. thats when i flipped out at him told him to transfer me to someone else i aint talking to him. LO AND BEHOLD THE GREATEST ROGERS REP IVE EVER SPOKEN TO: i told her the story and about the $10 over charge (im a student i need that money :P). she said to wait 1 second (i was on hold for 10 mins) she picks up the phone says ok so, i just got back from fighting with my maanger, ive gotten you $40 dollars off your bill....
40 DOLLARS:| for when i only asked for 10. just thought id share the story with you guys since usually the reps are idiotic
