Fido 96 hrs to activate my BB plan!?

I called Fido today to switch me to a BB plan and those brown guys said it all fk'd up and all I heard is 96 hrs... does anyone kno why wud it take that long for em to hook me up to the BB server?

Sometimes if the server is messedup, they gotta go find the initial error fix it and then place the change back into the queue to be processed again. They usually say 96 hours to give themselves a cushion just in case it errors out again, usually these changes takes about 48 hours at most but you never know its fido after all
