Does Rogers let you buy apps from app world?

I was wondering if Roger's lets you buy apps through billing, becasue when I try to buy an app from app world, it has a lock at the top and gives me error code 40011 D: Help please! ^_^

YES THEY DO. At least in app world 3.0, you have three billing options: paypal, carrier and credit card. I just a moment ago bought tunein radio pro and was billed through Rogers.

I have never had an issue with either Appworld 2 or appworld 3 being able to carrier bill with Rogers.

I tried through the carrier bill option, and i upgraded to the new app world. and it STILL doesnt work.. should i go to my service provider?
