Default Data Usage Reset Time

Is there a way to find out what date the monthly data usage is supposed to reset? I'm looking on the rogers site and on my data usage, it says Next Invoice Date ______. Though that date has passed and the data usage has not reset. Now it just shows the next month. If this is not the date, what does this date mean? Then there's the due date for the monthly bill which is coming up soon which shows on the left side, could that be the date when it resets?

Oh, I also have another question which isn't related to the title but didn't want to make another thread. Is it possible to exchange two different phone numbers between two different sim cards?

You have to wait 2 days after your cycle is over to see your usage.
Don't forget that it starts counting your usage immediately after your cycle is over.

The date will be different for everyone, but in the myrogers app you are able to tell when your billing cycle ends.

The cycle end date is unique to every customer. You can find out the date on MyRogers.com or by using the MyRogers app.
Your usage starts counting immediately after your cycle ends but it will only show the new usage info 2 days after your cycle ends.
You will be able to see your bill online 4 days after your cycle ends.

Log into your myrogers account, from the overview page you'll see a usage meter on the right side of the page. From there click to view your usage and then click usage details. You'll see your next invoice date and how many days remaining. That is the end of your cycle.

If it says your next invoice date is the 10th of month, your new month starts on the 11th, not the 10th.

Thanks for the replies. It seemed to have reset two days after the bill due date and not the invoice.
