Default Data usage counter is not working

Hey all,

About three months ago I switched over to Roger's 6GB data plan over my existing 1GB for the same price but ever since my switch, my data usage counter stopped working but everything else works. In the my account rogers app, it says "0.0kb of 0.0kb used" (with no usage bars) and the my account mobile website does not show anything under data usage. And long story, but I cant access my rogers (on the rogers website) either so I have no way of knowing how much data I've used.

Normally, I wouldn't care but I'm going to be travailing (in Canada) next week and I plan on tethering a lot and I would like a way to tack my data usage.

I've tried roger's live support which wasn't helpful at all so I tried calling them; they told me to use live support...

Has anyone else had this problem? Any tips on how to solve it? Thanks!!!

I'm seeing the same thing as you and the CS at rogers is so bad that I didn't even bother trying to contact them. I won't come close to using 6gb with my Torch because there's less and less to do with it online since it lacks any decent apps or players... sorry, I went off track and started venting.

I'm curious if this is just a BlackBerry issue or if users of other platforms are seeing it too.
