Default both my Rogers BB went to SOS

As the title says, both my Rogers Blackberrys went to SOS.
This berry came back (9780) but my torch is still on SOS. Better be working pretty quick as my shift starts on 5am. I need the phone to work..
Anyone else expewriencing this? I am in Vancouver, BC. (Fraser Valley)

Have you called Rogers and asked if there was any tower maintenance being done in your area?

PS. The incomplete sentences are due to the brutal stutter problems on the bold 9780...
The space bar sometimes doubles up and makes it a period.

If your device is still under warranty, I would suggest getting it replaced if you have problems with the keypad.

I would suggest calling them. You might even want to ask for credit on your bill due to the outage. If you are courteous to the CSR you speak to, you might get a credit. I am not promising anything, but I have received credit from AT&T in the past when I've called to report outages.

I wish!
Was one of the unfortunate early adopters of this model. Purchased it brand new from craigslist; worked great for the first few weeks. Telus branded , I am on Rogers (obviously)

Sorry to hear.

You still might want to call Rogers about the outage and see if they are able to do anything for you.

Went into connections and turn it to 2G & 3G and have it set
To switch automaticly. Seems to help.
