Blackberry Torch on Fido

I recently bought an unlocked Rogers Blackberry Torch. When I use my Fido Simcard, the connection it states is Rogers Wireless and shows as roaming. My previous phone was an unlocked Rogers BlackBerry 8900 which worked fine on Fido, but this one is giving me problems. Does anyone have suggestions or I'm I better off calling Fido directly?

call in and ask them why? It should work, you are allowed to use unlocked devices. They will help you out.
