Hi,

I am looking for the cheapest plan which would include data, BB email, Messenger and browsing.

I am from the USA and the plans up here are totally confusing, any help would be appreciated.

Rogers has a 45$ Mega Value plan for BB's

500MB data
100 minutes + 50 = 150 and your choice of

double minutes (so 250 in total)
My5 (5 people unlimited call+text to)
1000 text messages

if you want data I think that's the cheapest option (it's what I'm on)

If those aren't enough voice minutes there is also the 500 mb data only package $25 that can be added to any voice of your choosing.

There are also data bundled with voice add-ons (data, sms, caller I'd, voicemail, etc) that you can add to the voice plan that suits you. I think that currently starts at $40 for 500mb plus the bells and whistles.

You should only have to sign if you`re getting a new phone subsidized. Then again, I usually just *cough*cloned*cough* my phone or rebranded it to Rogers or something; dependig on phone and situation. I`ve never been forced onto a contract for a phone I brought with me. However, if they know your phone`s not Rogers branded, that`s a different story and they`ll make you sign.

Keep in mind things like voice mail and caller ID require an addon package. I'm not sure about the cost. I think it was about $15 or something.
