Add-on problem

A few months ago i got the $2 add on NAME DISPLAY where i am able to see the name of the person calling, for the past few months i have been paying the $2 but it never worked, i was lazy to call them and see what was up and then eventually forgot about it and got used to it, but now due to me getting a job i need the name display feature, what can i do to enable or do i have to call rogers so that they can enable from their end?

you have to have call display in order for name display to work.

call display just shows the incoming number

name display pulls the info that the phone# is registered too and displays that

i think its like a $7 add on for the both of them
