Default 9300 on backorder

My LG Xenon recently broke, and I used the Rogers Hardware Protection Program to buy a 9300 Curve. The same night I made the request, I received a confirmation of the order. Two days later, I got message stating the 9300 is on backorder and that I would be notified once the phone is shipped.

Thankfully, I've had Rogers adjust my bill so that I'm not paying for the BB plan until it's shipped, but has anyone else experienced this delay with the 9300? Does anyone have any experience that might give me an idea of how long I'm going to have to wait?

Default blackberry curve 9300

are you serious??? :S i jus ordered mine and they said they did have them in stock, rogers is messed. I just called and canceled my previous order for the curve 8230 bc that was on back order for two more weeks.....i asked them to double check to make sure this one was in stock.....grrrr if its the same i swear im done with rogers

I called Rogers today to check on the status of their stock. It seems the 9300 is back in stock. They told me to expect the phone before Friday. We'll see...

hopefully this is true and we aren't getting the run around which i have been getting with the other black berry that i asked for...heard so many stories that ohh no its no back order, ohh no ms we have it and it will be shipped out to you by friday....then again back ordered...i got fed up and just canceled and ordered a different blackberry....which is the 9300 so we will see i guess...Fingers crossed for the both of us

I got my curve 9300 2weeks ago, I had no problems I got an early upgrade because my pearl flip. Was sucks. Honestly I had no problems. They told me I have to wait for 5 business days but I got it in 3 days

update....well my credit limit has now been takin off .....and my phone picture has changed on my account information so im guessing thats a good thing

Check if ur phone still working because most of the time if that happen means they activate the new sim card that come with the new phone it happen to me before.

Woot! Got a tracking number this morning. HOWEVER, my 9300 SOMEHOW got sent to freakin' Quebec. I'm guessing this is UPS's fault, and not Rogers, but come the **** on! I just want my damn phone!
