Screen size for keyboard phones 3" and full touch 4.2" is about right,
I prefer to use a phone one handed if possible and having small hands I find above 4.5"
It's difficult to reach the entire screen, my 9900 and Z10. Fits my needs perfectly.

Between 5"-5.5" for me. Anything bigger gets too hard to handle, and is difficult to fit in the pocket.

I actually find the recent 50in screen phones are very comfortable to use. You just need to use all hands and feet to control. #SamsungLife

4.7-5.1" for me. Can still use one handed but displays more when viewing videos.
