    i just drink water now! i am trying to get back in shape and am preparing for my first 5k so that is all i drink. and skim milk on my cereal or a glass w dinner.

    and i LOVE starbucks!!
    i love a tall, 4 pump carmel, non fat extra hot latte
    OR
    a tall non fat extra hot carmel macchiato! so delic!!

    and robeks!! i love my berry and robeks! and i get a reg strawana berry with power bek and rasp juice instead of apple! delic again!!

    but now it is just water! which is sooooo good too!
