Well, to cut a long story short, when I call, it's all voice recognition! I hate it. I'm not sure if it's my accent, or what, but 80% of the time I don't get transferred to the right department. It's typically luck of the draw.
Anyway, all that to say, I can't stand voice recognition systems. Albeit, it might just be an issue with HP, T-Mobile's seems to be much better...
