Yea iTunes sucks. The app store isn't bad I mainly download free apps from there anyways. Not with music it won't let you download again unless you pay for it. I'll have to call or something see what they say if they won't I'm not buying anymore music/tv/ from iTunes.

Good morning! Temps are suppose to be frigid today.

If it's gonna be this cold out it should at least snow too!

I also found out this morning that, apparently, I have a daughter. And not just that, but one of junior high age.

The People to People Student Ambassador Program couldn't recruit me when I was in school, so now they are trying to recruit a daughter I didn't know I had.

Under one of the menus at the top there should be a "Check for downloads" option. If that doesnt find it you can email them. I had an entire album just disappear once and they were able to set it up so I could just download it again. I'm going on my PC now so I can tell you exactly where to go to email them in a second.

Ok, Shi, if "Check for downloads" doesn't work in recovering the music that you lost, go to Store > View My Account > Purchase History. It will show your most recent purchase at the very top with older purchases below that. Find wherever the music is & make note of the date purchased, order #, artist name/song name, etc. At the bottom you'll see a button that says "Report A Problem." Click that and let them know what happened, including all of the details of the purchase within the message.

That's how I got back the entire album I lost a few months ago. They were very understanding about it. Asked if I had possibly deleted it by accident and when I told them no they were quick to credit me for it.

Yeah, it's something that has to be done on through iTunes on the computer.

I'd love for it to be 78 here. According to my phone it's 4 degrees.
