A good vet is so important. Ours actually came to the house to put her down so we didn't have to stress her even more. They're great.

I know. We really are blessed to have such a great vet. One of the show horses got caught in the fence and injured her legs very badly. She came out everyday for months to treat her until we were comfortable enough to do it ourselves. Very good people.

That's why when I have to deal with places like radio hack, I don't complain too much. Small town living is great.

Ah, the vets that handle farms are exceptional. They do it more for love than your average city vet who books 50 visits a day. But every day for months, that goes well beyond anything I'd ever expect out of any vet!

Small town living is great, but I'd have strung up the ying yang at RS a long time ago. But knowing me I'd have bodged the part from tin foil and toilet paper and moved on.

My day was fine, didn't have to feed but me and the b!tch. I remember the 5,000+ plate days of long ago. So much nicer now, I can go out and make them run their a$$es off for me.

Not a bad day overall. I ate too much. But what else is new. Sometimes I'm really surprised I don't weigh 300 pounds.

I had a friend who asked for another friend's pin. The one who asked for the pin didn't like the other person and they had an argument and put me in the middle, she got mad at me, but she was the one who asked for the pin!!? Never ever ever going to give someone's pin out. I'm kind of lucky I guess, I put mine up but I've never had a weirdo - yet. I do get those people who will add me and then not talk, lol, try to have a conversation and they'll be "yes" or OK, just one or two syllable answers.
