    - It's big landmass which makes travelling expensive within border.
    - Upper half is still unhabitable.
    - There is oil but natural barriers make it hard to discover.

    - that it takes us longer to get the cool, new stuff
    - that we get to see all the commercials for the neat looking American stuff that we can't get here (I personally cannot WAIT to go to a Sonic/White Castle/Jack in the Box based entirely on their commercials)
    - there's a definate lack of Krispy Kremes around here

That's all I can think of for dislikes. The Likes definately outweigh the dislikes!

Never been there so I can't say anything bad. I saw a show on the discovery channel where they visited Canada. It looked like an awsome place to visit.

No unl data is correct - However telus just came out with one :/

I absolutely LOVEEEEEEEEE this country, but the stupid law things in ontario are getting PRETTY pathetic when it comes to immigrants. Like changing whats politically correct and what not. Like what the hell? We cant say merry christmas or call it a christmas tree anymore.

But other then the political side of things (cause I cant STAND those guys) I dont like how its cold I love how we get 30-40 celcius in the summer so I can enjoy myself riding the bike, but I am so bored in the winter time

The fact that part of your country can't decide what language to speak.

Come to think of it...... That's like living in Texas.

Vancouver Island is bomb. I lived there for about 7 years.

But I missed the States, so I made headway back to CA.

    I wouldn't worry about it.
80% of the population lives within 100 miles of the US Border for a reason.

My father always said Canada was "the ******** brother in the attic."

I've lived in three neighboring states to Canada: Alaska, Michigan, and now Idaho.

Not sure what point I'm trying to make here, but it's true.

So you're stalking Canada, is that what you're telling us WB?
The beer is good, the outdoors is great and the people that I've met from Canada are almost too nice.
It's a little far from my house though.
