OK, after refusing repair offer for the 2nd time today I got call from RIM Turkey Manager (who helped me before) and asked my adress to send someone tomorrow to get device. Not sure If they gonna send new device or not.
And as we learned that our houses are 2minutes walk away. and now I got offer to meet and drink some. RIM start to talk my language.
Update 2: As I learned new Bold 9900 is on it's way to my house... Should get it in hour...
With out knowing your rights as consumer you're nothing for firms. And yes today I win and RIM gain me again. Hope not to have such problem again for the 4th time...
I just get my new Bold 9900 and updating its OS as I type. It was very kind that RIM Manager (have to keep his name) even don't want me to wait for shipping and sent RIM employee to my door.
