It's a grain. Cook it with chicken broth instead of water for some added flava. Add some grilled asparagus, some grilled cherry tomatoes from the vine, and throw some grilled chicken on the plate and call me over for some dins!

Rice is a versatile grain you can use it in just about any dish you prepare. It can be seasoned any way you want, mixed with any meat you want, put it in soups, put it in stir fry, have it as a side dish, rice pudding, add it to meatloaf, add it to stuffed peppers, use in buritos, etc.
