Gilbert Gottfried should be banned from doing ANYthing else anymore where we'd have to hear his annoying voice or see his disturbing face, any more. He should be forced into retirement to spare the common citizen from the sheer amount of "annoy" he possesses.
As a matter of fact, there should be a Gilbert Gottfried Suppressant Tax. 1 cent off every American citizen's paycheck each week would supply Mr. Godfriend over $50,000 weekly, just to stay home and out of public, as well as voice acting and movies.
While we're at it, the Gilbert Gottfried Suppressant Committee could also consist of Vince ShamWow and Billy Mays. Each member of the Committee would make a hefty salary, and we could all be spared the Annoyance Factor.
This proposition should be put into effect immediately.
