Yes and no. You can drive around the buildings and such plus there is a visitor center (BlackBerry Experience Center) that's set up like a museum but not sure it's 100% open to the public.

I'm guessing they don't do guided tours into non-sensitive areas? That's a disappointment.

I think the experience center is open to the public but again, not 100% certain. You're def. not getting near any assembly lines though LOL.
