So my brother had his storm in his pocket when he turned a corner in the kitchen with a low counter. Instead of a probable nasty bruise, his storm took the impact and made a terrible pop sound. He pulled it out of his pocket to see this...









We called insurance, paid the $50 and hopefully his refurbished one clicks right.

me too, he wasn't too happy about it.

The crazy thing was, the screen lost functionality and the Radio turned itself off on the phone. I can understand the screen is broken but I wonder why the Radio turned off?

Don't use the insurance take it to your local Corp store get the whole thing replaced for 53 bucks

I'm not sure what that means. To the Corp Verizon (or whoever the carrier is) store? Why would they replace a cracked screen for $53?

If you have the extended warranty you can have it replaced either over the phone or at a corp store for 50 dollars. If not, insurance rocks.
