I'm a graphic design student, and in my communications across cultures class, we had to design a campaign trying to convince people to change their habits on a particular topic.

We are in the market research part and have to survey people to see how effective our campaign is.

The survey link below is four parts:

Demographics - Basic background info
Before campaign - related questions to my campaign topic
IMages - images of my campaign (Print ad, billboards, canvas bag)
After campaign - answer similar questions to "before campaign" but these are to see what answers change as a result of my campaign

All parts have under 10 questions and it should not take up much time, the survey is anonymous and surveymonkey.com will graph all the data for me and allow me to see who was affected by the campaign and who thinks its rubbish.
