I have been to CA several times and find NOTHING at all special
about In-N-Out. Just another fast food joint IMHO.

God I miss Home, some one fed ex me a four by four animal style with a straberry shake and animal style fries please! They just opened a Fat burger here in Chicago. Me and the wife went and it made us home sick!

I live a half hour drive from the CA border. We have been known to make lunch runs to the Redding in*n*out. Could be the greatest as far as chains go. But we have a mom and pop shop that wins hands down.

had it for the first time a few weeks ago on a trip to cali. pretty tasty.

the only thing that comes close to comparing is five guys, which is pretty good too.

We used to have these here in Indiana, but they're gone now. Never really cared for it. When I eat fast food, on rare occasions, its Rally's. They make the best fries!

In-n-Out is pretty good. I like the "Triple, Triple/Animal style". Carl's Jr. Is by far my favorite though. Their double western bacon cheeseburger, with criss cut fries is unbeatable.

I miss both of those places. I moved to Seattle from California and unfortunately, neither of those chains are up here. There is Sonic and D I C K's Drive In and although their pretty good, it's not the same.

In-n-Out rocks! The fries are what set it apart from the rest. They're not frozen and from another city or something. The potatoes are put through a dicer right there for you. Fresh! 3x3 w grilled onions is my fav.
Whoever said it wasn't the best, what's your best? Just curious.

I've been out in CA for over 2 years now and have eaten at In-N-Out twice.

I'm just not a fan!

There's no Carl's Jr. in Seattle??? We have them on the eastern side of WA in Spokane and CDA ID... They could be called Hardee's same place different name... That is weird right there Carl's Jr. in Spokane but Hardee's in Missoula MT
