So ever since I got my chrome charging cradle from the CrackBerry store my Pearl has been sitting out on my computer desk(see picture) for aesthetics and because it's easy to grab when I need it. This is also where I spend most of my time when I'm working or going to school. So now when I'm staring at my computer monitor I sometimes see red lights out of the corner of my right eye. So then that causes me to stare at my Pearl for a good 30 seconds to see that there isn't a new message. It kinda sucks...I've done it twice since I started typing this post.



Does anyone else have this problem of seeing red flashing lights that aren't really there?

No doubt. I hear my SMS tone constantly and actually pull my phone out and see nothing doing. Crazy. Here is a good article from the Times about it
