I'm outta shape. I've set a goal to walk an hour around an outdoor track every day, weather permitting.(I reckon that's around three miles at my pace.) Walking's pretty boring, IMO, even on a nice track like the one I'm on, so I will probably use my Blackberry to pass the time. Anyone else use theirs (for other than listening to music) while exercising?
