They Will Also never experience loosing at a sporting event while they are kids, everyone is a winner, way to raise a bunch of nancy pants kids who don't understand work is a challenge, and a contest.01-13-10 05:27 PMLike 0 - my kids listen to what my wife and i listen to on the radio while driving and they get there little hands and butts smacked if they act up....come sports time they will learn that some are better than others and that losing is a part of life that is neccesary.....they also are treated as part of a whole and not gods gift to earth...01-13-10 05:39 PMLike 0

Hearing the pops and crackles of a record - The Joshua Tree was my fav for that , the intro for "Where the streets have no name" . To this day I still remember the time and place when I heard that for the first time .
Taping music off the radio or in my later years taping it off of Much Music
Watching Much Music or MTV and seeing actual music vids all day
Watching sports when athletes still played for the sport of it not the salary
Camping without power and all the comforts of a modern RV has these days

- Getting kicked out of the house during weekends, holidays and summer vacations by 9am to go outside and play till lunch, then back out till dinner.
Actually knocking on someones door to ask them to come out instead of a week long planning for a "play date".
