She called the police because her ex had tried to break in and broke a window in the process.
And she got arrested for an unpaid fine.

she had a warrant out for the unpaid fine
he was just doing his job, even though he disagree'd with it.

i don't blame him for arresting her, i blame him for not arresting her ex.

Both wrong, he was violent sure.. she didnt pay some ticket.. I dont feel sympathy for that, even in the situation.

He didn't get arrested, but its funny.. He's scared of me now.
He comes into where I work, and I have a picture of her on my phone
And it was laying on the counter, he came in and looked down at it and started glaring at me and running his lip

I took my combat knife out and stabbed it into the counter and he ran like a *****

A picture speaks 1000 words. A knife into a worktop means you don't have to say anything at all.

Can't believe they didn't arrest his sorry ***.

An unpaid fine will lead to a warrant of ur freinds arrest anyway. The cop, sad to say, did the right thing.

Moving forward she needs to get a restrining order against him or it will happen again.

The cop really can't arrest him based on talk. All the cop knows is maybe ur friend broke the windows and trying to blame her x. I hope this makes sence.
