My favorite saying ever (inside joke) is 'it's like giving birth in another language' and when I realized I couldn't explain what it felt like to stand up with a 2nd degree sunburn on my shin yesterday to my mom, I realized that "it's like giving birth in another language" was probably one of the most apt explanations I could give her.

I'm delusional because I've been in bed nursing a 2nd degree sunburn all day. I assume I'm forgiven in advance.

I'm sorry. I know exactly how you feel! I've been prone to sunburn my entire life but a few years ago I got second degree sunburn from watching the blue angel show. Oh how miserable! I went to the hospital where they gave me silvercain. Some kind of burn creme. It sucks it hurts to move but then your back is one fire so you gotta move. Ahh!

Anyway.
Sleep is good! Sleep it off and I hope you feel better!

Thanks brittnorexic - it sucks yesterday my foot swelled to like 3x it's normal size and everything feels fine while I lie down, but when I stand up, the blood rushes in and it makes me wanna amputate
