Lads and ladies,

I have an SMS system at work that provides potential customers with information on any property we have on stock that they may come across walking down the street etc (these are displayed on our for let/for sale boards outside the properties). In return, they get the URL for that property and some basic textual information sent to their mobile phones.

I am looking for something more up to date taking advantage of modern smart phones. I have looked into QR codes but this isn't a route I want to take at the moment. Any ideas are warmly welcomed .

The reason I decided to post this here is that I assumed most people that follow the Crackberry forums were technologically minded or had some kind of interest in mobile tech and could suggest something simple that I have probably overlooked!
