Basically a fortnight ago , my previous BB Curve 8520 shut down on me + I had to get a replacement , I had to last 9 days without my BB , it was a bad time .

I now , out of habit , back up my information every night on my PC . just incase my BB decides to let me down again .

Are all BB's destined for the black/white screen of doom with the blinking red LED light ?!

I think this is turning into a phobia ; can anyone help me ? :S

Yeah , 9 days was tough

I have Facebook , Windows Live Messenger , CrackBerry , DailyHoroscope + Personality Psychology Pro . - I had a lot more before my other phone shut down , but now I put a lot less on because the BB tends to jam up more .

and I'm running OS 4.6.1.314 .

I think your a little too paranoid.

My first BB went through a lot and I never had that happen.
