Deggy, point your BB browser to http://www.crackberry.com/crackberry.jad and install the CrackBerry Desktop Launcher. You can crack out on your BB all day at your desk.

If it actually does, good for you! I did 2 years Dell H&SB tech support at *gag* Convergys, and 5 years E-mail, BlackBerry, RAS/VPN (and anything else they threw our way) support for a large corp. Are you willing to admit to what kind of calls you take, or are you an AOL Retention Specialist?

i take customer service calls for JC Penney furniture company and also call to sced del when available....inbound/outbound call center..

that is a big 10-4 john...i worked at mcdonalds for 5 years...so i know it sucks...lol

I did 8 years in restaurants, from McD's to throwing and delivering pizza to Carrabba's...been there, too. I'd rather make pizza than take phone calls.

I worked at Quad/Graphics for a year and was promoted to a machine operator withing 30 days of starting, i dont miss that job at all...okay thats a lie...i just miss the 1000k paychecks everyweek...but i was working 5 days a week 12hours shifts...
