Lol, I was a sociology major, so I have this compulsion to help people with social surveys
taking antibiotics: uh well it depends... antibiotics save lives, but they also make you immune to antibiotics later... so 3
living near nuclear power plant: 1 - with all the safety regulations, there's less nuclear waste/radiation near a plant than away from it.
taking birth control pills: depends who's taking it. My buddy used to say "If I could go back in time I'd give Hitler's dad a condom." As far as general safety to life and risk of life threatening side effects (I imagine that's what you want) I'd say 2.
driving an automobile: 6-7, maybe even an 8 (9 in Utah :P). Seriously people, this is one of the most dangerous things you can do.
living near electric power plant: I have no clue. I'm gonna guess a 1.
smoking: 7
using/owning handguns: If you know what you're doing, I'd say a 2 or 3. There's always some inherent danger with handguns. I also feel they're a necessary part of a free society.
driving a motorcycle: 3 or 4 if you know what you're doing, 10 or 11 if you don't.
alcohol use: again, depends on you're genes. In general, 5
medical X-rays: 2
flying commercial airlines: 1 or 2.
pesticide residues on food: 2, maybe a 3. Nothing I'm worried about.
Law School: 12
I'm 23.
Sorry if you needed more definite answers, but the questions just weren't specific enough for me
