Had the most amazing pekin duck for dinner tonight
Sun Wah BBQ

Play "duck, duck, squid" and chase your dinner round the room!

Whole duck comes rolling in on a trolly and is carved tableside.

Slices of crispy skin and tender juicy meat


Served with fresh made baos, hosin sauce, scallions and pickled veggies.

They whisk the carcass off... Slice off the remaining meat and return with pan fried noodles and duck
They then take the bones and turn it into wintermelon and duck soup

Enough for 4 normal people or 1 wulfie and guest

Fresh blackberry cobbler at Cracker Barrel (btw I was so proud of my son who is using my old, non-data 9650 for an mp3 player and camera...as soon as his desert came, he whipped the Bold out and took a pic, just like dad *sniff* )



The little guy had green eggs and ham...not sure I could eat that...



And then to finish off the weekend spent with friends from out of town (one of them a fellow CB'er)... Gene and Judes! Chicago style dogs don't git no better!

Ed's probably gonna hit me with the mod stick!

EDIT: We're probably gonna get back down there real soon...my wife loved it (much to my surprise!) I'd had them before, but never been there. Good thing someone else in our group had cash...I never carry the stuff any more!
