Does any body else hate that customer service is out sourced? Its not just cell phone companys doing it. I hate that they really don't know what the heck I'm talking about because they can't find it on their sheets of paper. It just gets on my nerves so I'm venting

i agree with you 100%. if you ask them a question, and they don't know it, sometimes they just think of a random answer, instead of them asking for somebody to help them.

I hate it especially when I can't understand what they are saying.
Now even Amex is start doing it, make me wonder if it is still worth the annual fees that I am paying them.
