The title is self explanatory. Usually when I meet people I always look at there phone, and if its a feature phone occasionally crack a joke or 3. Anyone else do this.

All the time. I even do it at the bar or when out shopping. Being a phone salesman, it is kind of my job to take notice, but it is becoming slightly ridiculous when, on rare occasion, I don't recognize a phone and the owner might now the name and that it was 200 or whatever, but not any of the common features or specs.

Yes, I do. I stare out of the corner of my eye and try to discern the brand and model. iPhones merit a frown, Androids a curious stare and BlackBerries a smile.

Haha I'm guilty as charged! Especially since I work at Starbucks...I always look at people and their phones...I always feel a little happy when people have the bb tour(my bb).

I like to see what they're using. If it's a device I haven't been able to get my hands on yet, I always like to ask them their thoughts on it. Even if I have no desire to ever get the phone, I just gotta know if its a good device.
