My wife went to a horse show and I stayed home and slow baked the ribs for about 5 hours in my own special rub. Then when she came home, we grilled them with a St. Louis BBQ sauce. I have to admit to CB that I do most of the cooking here at my house. This way everything is just the way I like it, lol.
You're right Jenay, Sundays are for loved ones and special times - like dinner and drinks. I do like to spoil my family. After a good Sunday, we're ready for the week - except I'm off Sunday through Tuesday, 10 hour days., lol!

Family is out of town so:
Baked potato, steamed snap peas and for the first time
a big a s s honkin' grilled Bison steak, glass of Cabernet.
Ahhhhhhh!!!!!! Tasty
Love the buffalo filets! There's two restaraunts in Denver that make the best bison. I don't even try to make it at home after eating it at the Fort and the Buckhorn Exchange.

get some more tomorrow.
Me too. It's a weekday and my wife is at the gym. I think I'll run out for some KFC. She'll kill me, but she's skinny enough to have some chicken! Lol.
