This has nothing to do with blackberrys though... And either way I would never leave ff, unless something amazing comes out solely for the chrome browser

IMHO, Google Chrome looks like crap!! I may change my mind after some convincing, but I just do not like the look and feel thus far.

I love all of Google's Products... but this is not floating my boat yet. I would use Firefox over Chrome any day!!

Does anyone want to post some screen shots of various web pages running on Chrome. I was too lazy to do so during the 30 seconds I had it installed and was using it. Now it is long gone...

Well so far, I am actually enjoying it. Webpages load faster in Chrome than they do in Safari, Explorer & FireFox!

Heres what crackberry looks like. i'll get some more in a few. i dont mind the interface too much. but like firefox, i dont like the font being so thin and tiny. i just downloaded ie8 beta 2. i'm liking it pretty well!

ehh it looks pretty nice... nothing special but then again comparing to firefox that isnt anything too special either

a new theme would brighten it up.
just need a chrome mobile... lets see what comes out first. chrome mobile or firefox mobile

edit: after using it for a little while it seems like this could be my new browser

keeping in mind the real genious behind Chrome is in its programming. It's a minimalist look - not designed to be the flashiest out there. Google put together a nice comic-style info strip on what's new with Chrome. It's a nice piece of programming, not supposed to be a piece of meat for consumers who just want aesthetics

Thank you for hitting the nail right on the head...this is the browser for the person who just wants to get right down to browsing and that's it...I love my FF and I love my FF plugins..etc..etc, but Chrome has a home on my PC, for when I want a fast loading minimal fuss browser.

this new chrome browser is BLAZING FAST. its missing a couple basic things like a homepage button, but i don't mind cuz the speed is just so insanely good.

It is nt so much that there is a new browser from Google although this is good news because we have more choice.

Crome is an open source browser which means that it can be customized quite heavily.

It sure is fast but the fonts, at least on my screen, are not so readable (lack of smoothing) as with IE.

I'll put up with that for the speed. Love it.

One issue I came across is Java support. The help says Chrome needs a beta of Java to run. Not sure I want to try the beta yet.
