I'm working 13- 16 hr shifts right now...getting out after midnite and not winding down till about 3 am then having to start again at 7am very little sleep and really weird hours..

My normal start time is 4AM, but it's been 2AM since Thanksgiving, and probably 1AM next week until Christmas Eve.

What do you do where you are working yourself to death?
