Adobe Air is more efficient than straight flash, but still requires the additional layer inbetween the browser code and the core OS.

Now that is a bonus. Part of why my wife keeps hers short. And why I keep mine buzzed. Lookw good in less time is important when ya got stuff to do.

And it doesn't get in the way when you stick your head out the window of a car while driving!
