An update on g2hockey. Approximately 18.2 seconds after posting the thread, g2 was biting the last of his right toenail off just about even when his little brother entered the room waving their sister's headless, naked trio of Barbie dolls which so startled him that he jumped, promptly shoving his big toe up his left nostril. In obvious distress, he hopped about wildly, and landed barefoot in the pile of Legos that he'd left scattered hither and yon. The resulting fall smacked his head into the corner of an occasional table and rendered him into blessed unconsciousness.

The ambulance arrived with one Starbucks-jonesing attendant and the other who'd just shotgunned an ounce of prime Maui wowie. In their conflicting haste-buzz to get g2 down the stairs, the gurney slipped from their grasp, bouncing down 23 stairs to land inverted in a 250 gallon fish tank. The stoned EMT promptly attempted to deliver mouth-to-mouth to a gasping piranha, losing three chunks of tongue, half his upper lip, and most of the rest of his dignity as tears poured from his eyes.

They righted the gurney and loaded it into the ambulance. The wounded EMT stuffed a gauze pad into his own mouth to stanch the flow, and arrived at the hospital without further incident. g2 has been in an unresponsive coma since then, but has been recorded saying the word 'Thor' in a painful moan. He will also mutter 'five thousand' at random, and in seeming attempts to break from the coma, has repeatedly said, 'Does anyone know what's going on?'
