Well along similar lines I have to tell you a story that just happened to me that would make Sputter proud of me.

Ya been wonderin' where I've been for that last 3 hours?

Well my PC was not as fast booting as I thought it should be so I did so checking and found that I had my SSD boot drive mistakenly plugged into an add-on eSata card and my DVD was plugged into the motherboard fast sata 6GB/s connector.

So I shut down to change them. While doing so I snagged the wire from my ISP modem. I pulled the modem off the shelf and it hit me just above the eye spliiting my forehead open (nothing serious just some blood. LoL)

So after a string of foul language that would curl the toes of a gingerbread person, I reconnect everything and . . . . WTF. No internet wired on PC or wireless. So I started checking connections, setups, etc and for 30 minutes NFW would it work.

So I go into the modem setup and I get a new setup screen. WTFO! It appears that after hitting my hard head the modem lost it's memory information. LoL

So I go in and try to set it up and don't work.

So I use my BB to surf for the tech support phone number and call them.

2 calls and 90 minutes later I have learned:

1. You can't use the same SSIDs as before;
2. You can't use passwords with characters in them;
3. F=MxA;
4. If you push something hard enough it will fall over; and,
5. $h!t flows downhill.

But, now all is good.

Ya think it was the spirits of the Gingerbread people?
