I've got a trip to the site. I have to write a deal. February was a busy month. Did the Totals yesterday and we sold 28 suites. Leigh thought she cleaned house, but I sold 13, she sold 8 and my aunt sold 7. So it was a very good February.

We also sold my aunts home yesterday. Thank goodness, the house they are Building next-door is almost done.

But this one we can hang a Sold sign on in 3 days when it firms up!!
A little different than the US. When conditions are removed it is firm. I know in the states people can walk from a deal right up until closing.

It's called "Escrow" usually a 30 day period wait, while the money is laundered... any tests or inspections are falsified and the drug money is cleared and posted!
