Is there a memory card in it I can take out or retireve the info on it? I bumped it while it was plugged in and now it doesn't work. Looks fine just doesn't work.

Damn dude that sucks. I don't know of any other removable memory drives on
those. I'd be manuevering that thing and jiggling it every which way to try to get
the PC to pick it up so I could backup right away. That may be your only hope.
