    Has anyone got into trouble with the boss for having sexy wallpaper on BB?

    I worry that if I put on a sexy wallpaper on the bb, I might get fired. The boss might see the screen.

    I am referring to my personal bb. It doesn't have company email on it.

    Is it legal to have any wall paper on your bb ?

    can the boss fire an employee for having wall paper on his personal bb ?

    I agree 100%. And also, yes they can fire you if they see it. It will be treated the same as having a racy calendar or showing photos. Someone complains and your company can get in a lot of trouble.

    if your worried about it, just change it while at work and change it back when you leave.. I have a "work" profile because of my email alert.. it's Mr. T saying "mail muthaf*cka" from the movie "eurotrip".. so on my work profile, it's AOL's "you got mail" audio
