    Asus doesn't care about 'security'.
Asus provides the bootloader key for Transformer Prime.
    RIM cares about security.
RIM will never provide bootloader key for Playbook.

The two devices are entirely different. The keys are not the same.

RIM is focused on enterprise. You can't threaten them unless you're some big company :P.

Even if you had a second PB, this would not work, so I kinda fail to see what you'd have done...

Love it, lets use an Android boot unlocker and install Windows 8 on the QNX Playbook. Am off to hospital now to have my sides stitched back up.

    Thanks for making my day

The unfortunate (or fortunate whichever way you look at it) is that as the forums get more users, they also get watered down. Look at XDA nowadays... 40% of the posts are irrelevant, with 40% people telling the others they are irrelevant and only 20% useful.
